YesP stands for a high-performance concept in its most positive form, where high-performance does stand for something overwhelming but an enjoyable and desirable state. Performance without joy and pleasure is not long-term maintainable. Joy and comfort without accomplishment will be meaningless.
We believe that people are energized and motivated when they go from being spectators to being players. We know that most people enjoy doing great thing together, especially together. Trust People translates a rudimentary trust in people’s good intentions. For us it is undeniable that people want to grow and take responsibility, not just for themselves but for the whole of the environment in which they work and live.
It is nearly impossible to build and maintain a high-performance organization without trust. Trust cannot be taken for granted, it needs to be established and sustained.
