Jonas has worked as a consultant for almost 20 years, the last five years at YesP. Before that, he ran his own company in the same industry. He has a university degree in communication science.
Previously, as Deputy CEO, he was involved in strong growth and an IPO. He also has a background in tennis, including coaching several players who later reached the top of the world.
At YesP, Jonas works as a senior consultant and project manager with extensive and long-term change and development processes in both industry and the public sector. He is particularly passionate about personal leadership, conflict management, collaboration and driving development towards long-term and bold goals.
