Management training - New and experienced managers

Our training is tailor-made for you - whether you are new to your management role or have long experience in the profession. With our help, you will gain a skills base with leadership tools that you can use in everyday life or in challenging crisis situations. We will train your expertise through face-to-face meetings and continuous support from our inspirers.

 

We divide you into coaching teams

The training will last five days with two breaks in between. Initially, participants will be divided into several coaching teams. In the teams, we will train, exchange experiences and support each other.

A programme that renews the role of the manager

In our training programme you will, among other things:

  • Developing your personal leadership
  • Concrete exercises and tools for everyday leadership
  • Communication skills and ability to give feedback
  • Coaching leadership and change management
  • Exchange of experiences and own work between meetings.

Our trainers and inspirers provide you with knowledge about leadership in different contexts. To lead an organisation properly, you need to be able to adapt your leadership to different situations. We will teach you how to build an effective and healthy team through support, feedback and clear communication. Together with us, you will develop your ability to deal with mental health issues to increase job satisfaction and performance of yourself and your colleagues. In addition, you will learn to manage change and challenging conversations to avoid unnecessary obstacles in everyday life.
