Nisse Schönnings har varit verksam inom offentlig sektor de senaste 20 åren. Han har varit ansvarig för flera stora organisationsförändringar och utveckling av verksamhet och tjänster. Nisse har en bred erfarenhet av företagsledning och organisationsutveckling från hans tidigare uppdrag.

With a systemic perspective – the sum is greater than the parts - success is created to boost people's strength and talent and to bring about change and job satisfaction. Nisse is passionate about creating clear, good results in all the work he does.

According to Nisse, it is about having an approach that values, identifies and confirms the strengths and resources of the individual, the group and the organization. Of course, it is also important to pay attention to what already works. Instead of having too much focus on problems and obstacles, we must strengthen trust and drive to create drive and perseverance in the work of change.

Nisse has previously also worked with strategic issues and projects linked to digitization and IT in the public sector. The focus has always been on creating benefits and more time for the core business by using digitization and IT in the right way in the right situation.

Nisse has a degree in social work from the University of Gothenburg and an MBA in Systemic Leadership and Organizational Development from Nyenrode Universitet in the Netherlands.
